Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel anytime from billing settings in the TrafficWins workspace.

Cancellation stops future renewal. Credits remain usable only until the current billing period ends; unused credits expire at the period reset and do not roll over.

Access to paid features requires an active trial or subscription and available credits.
