Terms of Service

TrafficWins provides draft article generation and related planning tools. Customers are responsible for reviewing, approving, and publishing generated content.

Customers must only index websites and content they are authorized to use. Customers may connect third-party social accounts, including YouTube and TikTok, only when they are authorized to operate those accounts. TrafficWins publishes social content only after the customer selects the account and approves the relevant publishing choices. Customers remain responsible for the content, audience, disclosures, rights, and compliance of each post and may disconnect a social account at any time.

Credits are consumed when article generation or regeneration is queued.

Service availability can depend on third-party providers including WorkOS, Stripe, Codex, Redis, PostgreSQL, and Cloudflare. On iOS, external subscription checkout is available only when Apple reports the United States storefront. Other storefronts provide companion access for existing entitled accounts and do not display purchase links.
